We are looking for experienced Scrum Master that will join our skilled team of real-time information. In our team, we deal with a system responsible for collecting real-time data from public transport vehicles and providing this information to passengers and system operators.
Team: two teams: 9 + 8 members, cooperation with Automation Team (2 members).
Reports to: Development Manager
Job Location: Warsaw / Remote (with min. 1-2 visits per month in Warsaw office)

Qualifications:
- Support Product Owner and Technology development teams to define their Sprint goals and prioritize their backlog in line with agreed release plan
- Promote, facilitate and apply Scrum framework (values, events, artifacts) on development projects
- Provide on time and accurate reporting (estimates of capacity and effort, Sprint planning, Sprint closing etc.)
- Analyze the sprint progress and monitor remaining work to achieve the Sprint Goal and notify all the stakeholders of any priority changes
- Capture agreed action items and run meeting minutes to provide precise update
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a role of Scrum Master
- Min 3 years’ experience in agile development process (any role)
- Proficient user of application lifecycle management systems (Jira)
- Knowledge of software development processes and procedures
- Good knowledge of agile methods, frameworks and techniques
- Innovative, entrepreneurial and eager to learn
- Very strong organizational skills
- Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills with ability to summarize complex issues / data sets to be able to share effective targeted management information
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
