Test Lead

Falck Global IT is looking for a Test Lead for global finance strategic initiative based on Oracle Fusion Cloud. This role covers definition, planning and coordination of tests. Following successful Pilot for Sweden, current focus is on Denmark implementation which will be continued for further countries in the next steps.

About the job:

We are looking for a Test Lead who will define, plan, prepare and coordinate test execution activities which covers:

• definition of test scope based on the delivery team backlog, mainly for UATs
• definition of the test plan covering test performed on selected environments incl. test data dependencies related to implemented integration interfaces and data conversions
• review of technical designs and documentation for test definition purpose
• coordination of Integration Tests, Business User Acceptance Tests with relevant stakeholders (Falck IT, vendors, business representatives)
• ensuring that execution of tests has valid test execution results (incl. bugs), 
• follow ups with developers, business representatives regarding achieved results different from expectation
• basic reporting to the project team covering test progress and challenges working in hybrid of agile and waterfall, attending relevant project and team meetings

About you:

We would think that you have a relevant IT and business background that you understand complex, global finance solutions. You will be responsible for one of the project workstream tests, and it is therefore important that you are experience to lead and achieve the progress.

We also expect that you have a proactive and structured approach to your tasks, and that you by means of your communicative skills can create and maintain strong relations to your partners.

At Falck we work primarily agile, we hybrid elements for large projects and programs. It will be an advantage, if you have experience in tests for both project delivery methods.

About your skills:

• at least 3 years of applicable experience in coordination of tests for different test levels, considering former Tester experience - on average more than 5 years of total QA experience
• experience in test definition, planning and coordination for multiple IT areas with strict dependencies covering UAT (Business Users Acceptance Tests) and SIT (Integration Tests)
• experience in large projects, multiple teams cooperation representing different stakeholders (Falck and external vendors delivery teams, business owners and representatives)
• functional background with understanding of global finance solutions, their business processes and its implementation
• technical background covering different software implementation and integration technologies (mainly web manual tests, but also integrations)
• fluent English communication skills in writing and speaking (multiple countries representatives use English in daily communication and deliverables)
• active cooperation style with all team members to secure high quality of the delivery
• ability to follow agreed Falck test practice in an efficient manner with limited Test Manager supervision
• basic knowledge of test management tools MS DevOps or HP ALM, JIRA - used for test cases definition, test execution, progress monitoring

You will be part of the Moneta team, one of Strategic Initiatives within Falck Corporate. 

The mission of Moneta is to create a unified global finance platform (based on Oracle Fusion Cloud) that enhances data quality, enables global processes, and fosters collaboration with global partners and service providers.

Following successful Sweden Pilot current project activities are focused on implementation for Denmark. This will be continued for the further countries in the next years.

On the other side you will be a member of Quality Assurance Competence Center. This will help you to follow proven test standards and learn from more experienced professionals fully dedicated to Quality Assurance.

Workplace Location:

60% Warsaw office and 40% remote work allowance (8 days remote work per month)
