Solution Architect

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and technical skilled Solution Architect to be a driver of development in part of our customer interaction solutions in Falck. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing comprehensive technical solutions that meet the needs of our organization. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication to ensure successful system solutions.You will be responsible for ensuring the integration of systems, applications, and processes to optimize our operations and support our growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with senior leadership within Falck Digital Technology to define technology strategies that enhance the business unit's performance, efficiency, and competitiveness.

Evaluate current technology infrastructure and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Develop and maintain a technology roadmap that aligns with the long-term business goals of the unit.

• Architectural Design:

Design end-to-end technology solutions that address business needs while considering scalability, security, and integration requirements.

Provide architectural oversight to ensure that projects adhere to established architectural principles and standards.

Collaborate with the architect competency center to define detailed technical specifications and resolve complex technical challenges.

• Technology Governance:

Establish and enforce technology governance processes to ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.

Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending adoption strategies as appropriate.

Conduct regular architecture reviews and audits to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with Falck Digital Technology stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities, and translate them into actionable architectural solutions. 

Provide subject matter expertise towards different business units across Falck A/S.

• Project Management:

Provide input on project prioritization and resource allocation based on architectural considerations.

Support project teams by providing architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure that projects are executed in accordance with architectural plans and within established timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in solution architecture, with a focus on aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
• Proven Experience (5+ years) in Microsoft solutions and Power Platform technology.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure technology solutions.
• Ability to think strategically, analyze problems, and develop innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in collaboration and negotiation, with the ability to influence decision-making across different levels of a digital organization.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance standards, and emerging technologies.
• Experience with integrations.
• Experience with creation of User Stories from a technical perspective.
