    Online interview
    Fabryka Gier, a company specializing in development of mobile games and apps is looking to recruit a senior / lead Unity3D developer. Work is fully remote or in the office in Szczecin. Offered salary is 16,000 - 20,000 PLN net (B2B).

    Requirements:

    • Experience in development of mobile games or apps in Unity3D illustrated with a portfolio of completed projects.
    • Experience in code optimization and implementation/troubleshooting of external systems/APIs (payments, analytics, etc).
    • Excellent English in writing and speaking (direct communication with client's team).
    • For high end of the salary brackets: leadership skills allowing to manage and spearhead efforts of the dedicated team working on two separate games for the same client.

    About the project:

    • Two games for top Hollywood movie studio based on their intellectual property.
    • Local team of total of four developers and a producer + client's team.
    • Ongoing communication with the studio's team (daily written and weekly voice call in early PST business hours).
    • Work focuses mainly on new features for the game, optimization and troubleshooting external systems and plugins.
    • Work is rather relaxed from the standpoint of time pressure.
