    Position description:

    • Scaling up the business with new business partners/clients.
    • Participating in negotiation processes and client offers.
    • Close cooperation with the sourcing team.
    • Managing the sales process including analyzing client needs, presenting solutions, and preparing commercial proposals.
    • Leading end-to-end sales processes.


    Requirements:

    • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales in the European market, specifically within the outsourcing services sector for IT project teams, IT body leasing, and implementation services.
    • Excellent sales skills and determination to achieve goals.
    • Very good knowledge of the IT industry confirmed by experience and results.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Fluent English written and spoken (C1); Dutch is a strong asset.
    • Determination and strong desire to contribute to the company’s growth.
    • Self-organization and effectiveness in action.
    • Openness to business travel.
