Role Description
This is a full-time remote role available at ezLoads Inc. for the position of Customer Support Representative. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to trucking companies. This includes teaching customers how to use the product, assisting them with troubleshooting, and resolving issues via all communication channels.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Support, preferably with SaaS products
• Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Zoho, or similar
• Proficiency in English at C1-C2 level
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer inquiries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with basic programming concepts and terminology
• Knowledge of Russian is a plus
What we offer:
• 2 months of probation period
• 19 days of paid vacation and up to 5 sick leave days
• Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time Chicago (3pm-11pm Warsaw)
• Fully remote
