UX SAP Designer

Location: Wrocław, Warszawa

Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

The opportunity

This opportunity is for a UX SAP Designer based out of Wroclaw or Warsaw, Poland in our CT SAP Domain team. CT SAP Domain has the responsibility for building and owning our SAP technology products end-to-end. You will guide the key SAP Domain products in matters of design and UX.

As a member of our team, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by having opportunity to work with newest technologies solutions and trends offered by SAP. You’ll be part of global organization in EY and participate in various product development or industry solutions projects, choosing the most suitable business solutions for respective area. 

Your key responsibilities

•   Develop a FIORI themed design to modify the SAP/EY branding. 

•   Work with complex systems and provide great storytelling to build cross-functional and cross-product area alignment to bring a strategic and systems/framework design mindset to solve at scale. 

•   Collaborate with a team of designers, researchers, content strategists, engineers, and product managers focused on making the experience seamless and relevant for users.  •   Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings. 

•   Navigate and lead through ambiguity while partnering with driven Product Managers and Engineering leads motivated to deliver value to our users and partners. 

•   Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, low and high-fidelity mock-ups. 

•   Optimize existing user interface designs and create style guides. 

•   Conduct user testing. 

•   Communicate with stakeholders to understand their business goals and objectives. 

•   Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions. 

•   Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements. 

•   Host/ Participate in user research and conduct design thinking workshops.

To qualify for the role, you must have

•   Hands on and concept efficiency on SAP FIORI UI5 Design system. 

•   Experience working across functions in a large organization. 

•   Experience or familiarity with a design tool including but not limited to: Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD applications.  •   Expertise with mobile and consumer facing UX design. 

•   Excellent visual design skills. 

•   Effective team player, with excellent customer service, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. 

Ideally, you’ll also have

•   Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Design Thinking, UX, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. 

•   4+ years of experience in UX Design. 

•   A design portfolio showcasing design principles for web and/or mobile platforms.
