Join the CRM & Marketing Automation team!
In our team, we put the clients and building relationships with them in the first place. We are looking for answers to the question of who our client is, what his needs are, and how he uses our offer. And then, thanks to the modern CRM / CDP platform, we design and implement automated and personalized marketing communication.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with CRM and Marketing Automation platform
- Execute projects for digital advertising campaigns: banner promotions, email newsletter templates, landing pages
- Setting up automated scenarios, dynamic content personalization (customizations based on visitors' behavioral data)
- Deploy AI-driven use cases (product recommendations, predictions), work with tag manager
- Learn and work with jinja script
- Build scripts to automate operations
COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS
- Frontend coding experience (Javascript – jQuery, HTML, CSS) ideally for an e-shop, CRM/Marketing, SAAS solutions
- Willingness to develop skills and grow
- Self-driven, open for ownership, quick learner
- Understanding databases & communication (API, webhooks)
- Backend coding experience (node.js, python, PHP, SQL) is an asset
- Working with data storages (i.e. BigQuery, data warehouses) is an asset
- Ability to communicate in English with internal & external teams, work with tech documentation
