Role Overview

We are looking for a senior technical expert with strong hands-on experience in the architecture and infrastructure of modern workplace environments, covering both software and hardware aspects. The role focuses on enterprise and developer workplaces, with a strong emphasis on security, endpoint architecture, and technical decision-making at scale.

You will work closely with our team to co-develop and refine target architectures, validate technical assumptions, support stakeholder discussions, and help design and execute Proof of Concept initiatives.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in workplace architecture, IT infrastructure, or a closely related domain

• Proven experience designing and managing:

  • Client and endpoint configurations in corporate and developer environments

  • Enterprise security systems and architectures

• Deep understanding of modern, state-of-the-art workplace technologies

• Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to:

  • Break down complex technical concepts

  • Discuss architecture and infrastructure topics confidently with clients at a technical level

Nice to Have

• Experience working in highly regulated or security‑critical environments
  (e.g. defense, critical infrastructure, public sector)

• Hands-on involvement in:

  • Defining and refining target workplace architectures

  • Validating architectural assumptions

  • Supporting stakeholder alignment and decision-making

  • Designing and delivering Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives

• Process knowledge related to scoping and executing PoCs for workplace environments and specific components

• German language skills are an advantage
