Workday Integration Specialist

Location: 100% remote work (Poland)

Start Date: ASAP / within 1 month

We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the DIGI GRP project.

Tasks:

• Collaborating within the Software Engineering team on the DIGI GRP project

• Providing consultative Business and System Integration services to support clients in implementing effective solutions

• Understanding and translating customer needs into business and technology solutions

• Driving discussions and consulting on transformation, customer journey and functional or application design

• Acting as a subject matter expert and supporting the team in effective performance

• Making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key project outcomes

• Providing solutions to challenges within your immediate team and across multiple teams

• Facilitating workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions

• Developing and maintaining integration processes that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

• Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and proposing innovative solutions to enhance system integration

• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously refine integration strategies

  
  

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Workday Core Integrations (8 years)

• Hands on experience in Workday Integrations, PECI, PICOF and API based development

• Experience working in Agile methodology

• Ability to work in a complex environment
