Salary: 200 - 230 PLN/h B2B + VAT via Experis

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Virtual Workplace Architect to support and optimize digital workplace environments for our clients. This role combines technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy both hands-on work and strategic collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications

• Design and align architecture for End User Services, Virtual Workplace, and Managed Workplace

• Collaborate with clients to ensure smooth handover to delivery teams

• Drive automation initiatives and maintain high-quality standards in deliverables

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and German

• 4–8 years of experience in End User Services, including 4+ years in Virtual/Managed Workplace

• Experience with Citrix, hybrid-cloud environments, and cloud-native solutions 

• Scripting and automation capabilities

• Certified in at least one or two cloud platforms

• Familiarity with CCP, COS, and DOP frameworks

• Basic networking knowledge

• Understanding of cybersecurity, endpoint security, and mobile device security

• Strong communication, presentation, and servant leadership skills
