Test Manager

Location: Cracow, Poland (40% on-site / 60% remote)

Candidate’s availability: Notice period of up to 1 month acceptable

Allocation: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Working Hours: Standard CET business hours

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Test Manager to join a dynamic international project team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in software testing and team leadership, who thrives in a global, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for leading testing efforts, managing remote teams, and ensuring the successful execution of SIT and UAT phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead testing efforts, including test data preparation, test case creation, SIT, and UAT execution
• Manage remote, international testing teams effectively
• Communicate fluently in English in a global work environment
•  Utilize Jira and Power BI for test reporting and analysis
• Optimize testing processes and improve the work environment
• Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring team engagement and motivation
• Handle crisis management and adapt to change in a dynamic setting
• Report efficiently to the Regional Test Lead, providing clear insights and recommendations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Test Manager role
• Proven experience with integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Proficiency in Power BI for reporting purposes
• Strong knowledge of Jira or similar test management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Ability to work independently and manage distributed teams
• Based in or near Cracow (travel expenses are not covered)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in large-scale, international IT projects
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices
