Test Automation Architect (Java)

Location: hybrid work, 2 days per week from the Client's office in Warsaw, Wroclaw, Krakow, Katowice, or Gdansk

Description:

The Test Automation Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks and strategies to ensure high-quality delivery of mobile applications and backend services. This role combines technical expertise with strategic vision to enable scalable, efficient, and reliable automated testing across platforms.

Tasks:

• Design and develop test architecture for projects

• Drive test automation within the team (API and mobile)

• Configure automation test suites in a continuous integration environment

• Plan, execute, analyze, and report on tests

• Develop and maintain testing frameworks

• Work daily with technologies such as Java, Selenium, Karate, Git, and Azure

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software test automation and 4 years as a Test Automation Architect

• Excellent knowledge of Java

• Strong communication skills

• Proven experience coordinating testing activities across multiple teams

• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD)

• Knowledge of Service Virtualization using Mountebank or similar tools

• Understanding of test management methods

• Willingness to travel within the EU
