Responsibilities:
· Support projects or initiatives of various size, scope and global reach as assigned by leads and management.
· Develop and manage project plans in support of project leads and/or other project stakeholders for large, cross-functional, regional project.
· Maintain communication lines with all stakeholders to keep them informed and to escalate any risks and/or issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
· Assist Product and/or other Project Leads or Project Managers in tasks supporting large scale and/or global projects through a thorough understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodology by which XXX manages its major technical projects.
· Independently interface with diverse operational and technical groups, assisting in translating business requirements into support processes while providing recommendations to optimize operational procedures and minimize risk.
· Utilize technology and the internet with comfort in order to assess the impact of technology changes on operational processes and procedures, Client Delivery, and our Clients.
· Perform analysis of current and proposed technology and business processes.
· Conduct and participate in UAT Scenario walkthroughs, UAT script reviews, identify any gaps and ensure closer of gaps prior to commencement of UAT.
· Monitor UAT planning, execution, defects and resolutions.
· Coordinate documentation and testing scenario walkthroughs with cross-functional stakeholders while tracking questions, issues and statements and working all issues to conclusion prior to PVT.
· Document findings and make recommendations to management for potential technology builds or process changes.
· Support UAT/Ops Readiness efforts.
· Document user manuals, training guides and perform training as necessary.
· Actively participate in strategy, planning and Senior Management meetings.
· Manage interdependencies to ensure the success of all projects.
· Effectively operate in a multi-faceted and constantly changing environment, with the responsibility for management of multiple project tracks of changing scope and priority on a frequent basis, without the aid of static technical requirements documents.
· Effectively and efficiently, operate in a deadline driven environment in order to meet the “live-to-market” dates.
· Monitor customer issues and advocate for ongoing process improvements.
· Support Release Management functions and the SDLC process throughout all phases of production.
· Ensure operational workarounds/gaps are tracked and worked to closure via technology enhancements or process improvements.
Requirements:
· Strong problem solving, time management and analytical skills with the ability to share clear and concise recommended course of action (s) to various stakeholders and escalate items appropriately.
· Must have the ability to work independently and as a team member, with both local and global partners, in person and via email, instant messenger and phone, with minimal supervision.
· Very strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in a multi-cultural environment.
· Schedule flexibility to work both North America and, in some instances, global hours (early and late starts where and as needed).
· Demonstrated strength working in a virtual and office team environment.
· Knowledge of the SDLC with a focus on testing methodologies Agile & Waterfall.
· Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
