Key Responsibilities:

Technical Solution Development 

• Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions using Python, C#.NET or SQL 

• Develop Reconciliations and Data Validation Templates 

• Develop and optimize Power BI or Tableau dashboards for business insights (Finance) 

• Create and maintain semantic models, data diagrams, and data pipelines 

• Write efficient queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources 

Data Analysis & Reporting 

• Perform advanced data analysis using Excel (Power Query, PivotTables, formulas) 

• Automate reporting processes and build reusable templates working with IT to integrate dashboard reporting with ERP systems source data 

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards 

Collaboration with IT on Configurations 

• Support and work closely with IT teams to implement configurations aligned with proposed solutions

• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into system setup and access needs 

• Support testing and validation of IT configurations to ensure solution readiness 

Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering 

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs 

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and project plans 

• Present findings, prototypes, and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences 

Project & Team Support 

• Support and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation working closely with the Technical Solutions Manager and the Project and Change Management Team 

• Support cross-functional teams with technical expertise and troubleshooting 

• Ensure timely delivery of milestones and proactively manage risks 

Goals of the Role 

• Support the delivering of high-impact technical solutions that improve business processes and decision-making 

• Ensure alignment between business needs and IT configurations 

• Foster collaboration between technical, business, and IT teams 

• Continuously improve and automate existing workflows and reporting mechanisms 

• Support to build a foundation for future cloud or application integration to ERP Systems 

Requirements:

·       Solid understanding of core finance functions

·       Proficiency in Python or C#.NET or other programming languages for scripting, automation, and data manipulation

·       Experience with VBA or advanced Power Query for Excel-based tool development and automation 

·       Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, PivotTables, complex formulas) 

·       Expertise in Power BI or Tableau for building interactive dashboards 

·       Strong data storytelling and visualization capabilities 

·       Experience working with databases, APIs, and system integrations 

·       Skilled in gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions 

·       Capable of supporting the managing of project plans, timelines, and deliverables 

·       Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders across all levels
