Software QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality. 
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define testing strategies. 
• Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution. 
• Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and testing frameworks. 
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing. 
• Continuously improve QA processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or related fields. 
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. 
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). 
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI. 
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git). 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience in performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. 
• Familiarity with testing in Agile/Scrum environments. 
• Knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript for scripting automated tests. 
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. 
• ISTQB or similar certification.
