Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled engineer to join our application support team.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of applications, bug fixing, data quality assessments, incident resolution, and system upgrades
- Managing incidents and service requests via the SNOW portal and on-call phone
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues using business applications and support tools
- Escalating cases and solving technical problems
Requirements:
- Min 3-4 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of Java and front-end technologies
- Solid problem-solving skills, including infrastructure-related issues
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English, especially during high-priority incidents
- Availability for on-call duty, including overnight work during emergency incidents
