Software Engineer (Java)

Start Date: ASAP / Within 1 Month / Flexible

Work Model: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office (Wroclaw)

Contract Type: B2B (140-150 PLN/h + VAT)

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and modernization of CQ-Online — a key web application supporting truck sales and after-sales processes. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful features such as service contract quoting and documentation, directly influencing customer experience and operational efficiency. 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within an agile team to develop and improve software solutions

• Modernize the application through feature rewrites and architecture updates

• Support testing, debugging, and deployment of new features

• Share and apply best practices in Java development

Expectations

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience with Java (Java 8+)

• Good understanding of unit testing (JUnit) and test automation

• Familiarity with Spring Boot and Spring MVC frameworks

• Experience with relational databases and ORM (JPA/Hibernate, SQL)

• Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker); microservices experience is a plus
