Snowflake Data Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer specializing in Snowflake with deep knowledge of Data Vault architecture. The ideal candidate should be highly familiar with point tables (Hubs, Links, Satellites) and their hierarchical relationships within a Snowflake implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data solutions in Snowflake.
• Implement and optimize Data Vault architecture, including point tables.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with business requirements.
• Collaborate with analytics and business teams to understand and meet their needs.
• Monitor and optimize database performance.
• Utilize DBT tools for data integration and transformation.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience working with Snowflake.
• Over 5 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of Data Vault architecture, particularly point tables (Hubs, Links, Satellites).
• Ability to design and implement complex data structures.
• Experience in database performance optimization.
• Familiarity with ETL tools and programming languages such as SQL and Python.
• Experience working with DBT.
• Matilion - nice to have.
