ServiceNow Process Consultant

Start Date: ASAP / Within 1 Month / Flexible

Contract Type: B2B (230 - 260 PLN/h + VAT) 

As part of this initiative, we are expanding our local team in Oslo with a specialist who will contribute to the implementation and optimization of the Demand Management process within the ServiceNow platform. This is a key component of the client’s transformation journey and offers a unique opportunity to shape scalable, value-driven solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Demand Management process design and implementation

• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow platform, especially in functional/process-related areas

• Familiarity with ITIL Change Management and its integration with demand workflows

• Experience working in structured transformation projects with multiple phases (MVP, must-haves, improvements)

Expectations:

• Collaborate with the client to review and design Demand Management workflows

• Support the implementation of ServiceNow modules across three phases: MVP, core functionality, and enhancements

• Contribute to organizational change management and adoption strategies

• Work closely with ServiceNow consultants and DevOps teams to ensure alignment and delivery
