ServiceNow Mid/Senior Developer

About the Role: 

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal use of the platform. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules. 
• Implement workflows, business rules, and integrations to meet organizational needs. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements. 
• Maintain platform stability, security, and performance. 
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and standards. 
• Support and troubleshoot issues within the platform. 

Qualifications: 

• Experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting, configuration, and administration. 
• Understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, or others. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
