Senior UX/UI Designer

We are focusing on enabling AI solutions and will drive learning program which will include learning from awareness, basic to expert level and across a broad range of technical and non-technical topics. We want to develop and implement AI literacy programs, design, develop and maintain learning playbooks and programs, integrate those learning solutions with existing training programs.

The scope of this assignment is to drive pedagogic design of the learning curriculum, learning journeys and provide strategic advice on the content curation and bespoke learning development (if selected). We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with a strong background in UX Strategy and Research core competence areas.

Requirements:

• We expect the candidate to have a ready-to-go attitude to design, execute, and summarize research internally. The goal is to discover users' current way of acquiring knowledge, learning approaches, and their needs and pain points in this area within the complex work environment of a company. One of the main focuses will be the usage of AI and users' attitudes towards learning in that area
• The candidate should possess knowledge and experience in designing solutions in the learning domain
• We expect a minimum of 10 years of experience in UX Research or playing a role as a UX Lead or Strategist in digital product development
• Having experience in leading roles in the delivery of digital products will be an advantage
• The ideal candidate should be proficient in various research methods, such as desk research, surveys, user research, usability testing, and ethnographic research
• They should have a high understanding of the application of these methods and the ability to combine them to achieve the most effective results
• Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner
• A basic understanding of psychology and human behavior for interpreting user actions and reactions is also a prerequisite
• Fluent English
