Senior UX Copywriter

We are seeking a Senior UX Copywriter to help define and elevate content design across advanced digital banking products. In this role, you will work closely with UX designers, product owners, developers, and senior stakeholders to shape how content supports complex financial journeys. You will contribute to building a robust content design practice, introduce content‑first thinking into product development, and ensure clarity and consistency across platforms. 

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain content design processes, standards, and voice and tone guidelines.

• Integrate content‑first thinking into design workflows and product development activities.

• Develop templates, patterns, and documentation that support scalable and consistent content.

• Write clear, purposeful copy for complex digital banking experiences across channels.

Expectations

• min 4 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a related discipline, including financial services.

• Strong ability to simplify complex, regulated information while maintaining accuracy.

• Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and design tools such as Figma.

• Ability to operate within large organisations and collaborate effectively without formal authority.
