Senior TIBCO Engineer

Tasks:

• Design, develop, and implement TIBCO integration solutions to meet business requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements

• Maintain and enhance existing TIBCO applications and integrations

• Perform troubleshooting and debugging of TIBCO applications

• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and integration

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

• Proven experience as a TIBCO Engineer with a strong understanding of TIBCO products

• Solid knowledge of integration patterns and best practices

• Experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO BPM, and TIBCO API Management

• Proficiency with GCP, Kubernetes and Anthos Service Mesh

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
