Senior Test Manager – L3/L2 Integration (ERP Program)

We are looking for a Senior Test Manager to join the XXX, supporting the ERP transformation program. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep understanding of steel manufacturing systems, and the ability to guide L2 suppliers on test strategy and execution.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and coordinate testing activities across L2 and L3 layers of the ERP program.
2. Advise Client product platform lead on test strategy, planning, and execution.
3. Ensure alignment of L2 suppliers with testing standards and ERP best practices.
4. Act as a senior point of contact for test governance and quality assurance.

Requirements:

1. Senior-level experience in test management within complex industrial or manufacturing ERP programs.
2. Strong understanding of steelmaking processes and L2–L4 system architecture.
3. Familiarity with PSI Metals, Danieli Automation, and SMS Group technologies is highly desirable.
4. Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.
