Senior SQL Server DBA

B2B: 180-200 zł/h netto +VATResponsibilities:

• Provide expert-level administration of Microsoft SQL Server environments hosted on Azure, ensuring high availability, performance, and resilience for critical workloads.

• Responsible for installation, tuning, security hardening, backup/restore, and HA/DR strategy, as well as diagnosing and resolving complex issues.

• Partner with cloud engineers and architects to design optimal database deployments, automate operational tasks, and maintain strong compliance and audit posture across database platforms.

Requirements:

• DP 300 (a key certification for this role)

• Experience with SQL Server HA/DR, AlwaysOn, migrations, and performance tuning

• Azure certifications (AZ 104, AZ 305)

• Knowledge of automation (Terraform, PowerShell)

• Security awareness (SC 900 / Security+)

• Fluency in English
