We are looking for a Senior Application Security Architect to lead and enhance our application security program. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to engineering and product teams, ensuring secure design and architecture across diverse applications and platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a security advisor to development and product teams, providing guidance on secure design, threat modeling, and architecture.

• Integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and promote secure coding standards.

• Evaluate emerging technologies for potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Develop and enforce secure design principles and influence technical direction.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed security into cloud-native and modern development environments.

• Support incident response and remediation efforts when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in application security architecture and secure software design.

• Strong knowledge of cloud-native environments, APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices.

• Expertise in threat modeling, secure coding, and security frameworks.

• Excellent communication and mentoring skills to influence technical teams.

• Ability to assess emerging technologies and identify security risks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
