Responsibilities:

·      Design, develop, implement, and update software systems in accordance with the needs of the organization.

·      Evaluate, schedule, and resource development projects.

·      Investigate user needs.

·      Document, test, and maintain computer programs.

Essential Functions:

·      Independently analyze, design, program, debug, modify, and maintain software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, or Internet-related computer programs.

·      Under minimal supervision, translate detailed design specifications into computer program instructions, debug routine programs, prepare system test data, and prepare program documentation.

·      Assist in the preparation of documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.

·      Code may be used in commercial or end-user applications/products.

·      Using current programming languages and technologies, write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications.

Qualifications:

·      Master's Degree in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Math, or related field.

Requirements:

·      5+ years of relevant collaborative software engineering experience

·      Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals

·      Expert familiarity with frontend development, using a JavaScript framework such as React.js

·      Good verbal and written communication skills

·      Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working in a collaborative Agile environment
