As our new Senior ServiceNow Developer you will work from the beginning on one of our Client's major projects on ITSM.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver creative ServiceNow solutions
- Accurately predict the time required to complete development tasks; adhering closely to development plans; anticipating changes to a product specification or schedule as they become necessary during a development cycle
- Be the Subject matter expert on ServiceNow
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of projects- some for operational activities
- Identify and document business challenges and opportunities and suggest solutions addressing those
- Work in a client facing environment and convey complex technical concepts in business terms
- Work with the technical support team to help resolve issues related to ITSM modules and functionality
- Create and maintain system-related documentation
- Research new technologies and stay abreast of new products and services. Apply these solutions as part of the service delivery continuous improvement mission
Skills required:
- Designing and implementing integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub and custom integration using REST API, import sets, etc. to enrich CMDB
- ServiceNow platform development using ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow flows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes and Security Rules
- Experience with Workspaces / UI Builder is a plus
- Scripting using JavaScript,RegEx, SQL, etc.
- Configure ServiceNow applications in alignment with approved design plan
- Agile and Waterfall Methodology
- Proven track record of ServiceNow implementations on Enterprise level
- Fluent written and spoken English
