We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer who is, above all, a passionate Business Transformation practitioner and a collaborative innovator. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will lead the design and development of custom applications using App Engine and UI Builder, working on high-profile, high-intensity international projects. Your work will directly shape the future of our clients and help drive measurable organizational change.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead development using App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and UI Builder.

·       Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with platform best practices.

·       Design and implement workflows, business rules, client/server-side scripts, and integrations.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

·       Optimize UI performance and user experience across applications.

·       Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.

·       Actively participate in business transformation initiatives by proposing innovative solutions and challenging legacy approaches.

Qualifications & Certifications:

·       5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 3 years focused on App Engine and UI Builder.

·       Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting components.

·       Experience with Service Portal, Workspace, and Now Experience UI Framework.

·       Mandatory Certifications:

Ø  ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Ø  ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Ø  Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, CSM, or App Engine

·       Experience using AI/GenAI tools to enhance development workflows.

·       Strong UX/UI design sensitivity and expertise in performance optimization.

·       Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM and SPM modules.

·       Experience with Agile/Scrum or SAFe methodologies

·       Excellent communication, leadership, and client engagement skills.

·       Ability to quantify impact (e.g., performance gains, efficiency improvements).

·       Enjoys working in international teams on high-impact transformation programs.
