Senior SAP SD Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior SAP ECC SD Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the SAP ECC Sales and Distribution (SD) module, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end SAP solutions in complex environments. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design system solutions, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD module implementations, upgrades, and enhancements

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

• Configure and customize SAP ECC SD module (Order-to-Cash, Billing, Pricing, Shipping, Returns)

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Logistics, and IT

• Conduct gap analysis and propose optimized solutions

• Manage integration points with SAP MM, FICO, and CRM modules

• Provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot complex issues

• Prepare and execute test plans, training materials, and user documentation

• Mentor junior analysts and support knowledge transfer

• Stay updated on SAP best practices and recommend innovations

  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with the SAP ECC SD module

• Strong understanding of business processes in sales, distribution, and logistics

• Experience with full-cycle SAP implementations and rollouts

• Familiarity with ABAP debugging and EDI processes

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in English; Polish or Romanian language skills are an advantage
