Senior Middleware and Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead small projects to completion, generating documentation, organizing resources, discussing the implementation with clients, and planning the different development phases
• Understand business needs and find the right technical solutions
• Test comprehensively with solutions to avoid operation errors in Dev/QA/Production
• Adapt to new challenges and utilize them as learning opportunities
• Take up responsibilities and tasks proactively
• Plan and deliver as agreed
• Adjust working hours if needed during weekend patching/incident/production go live
• Lead DSU operations with an understanding of Lean principles

Requirements:

Technical Skills

• Understanding of SOAP/REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell
• Strong knowledge of T-SQL for creating queries, retrieving information from databases, and writing small scripts
• Experience working with Azure Cloud
• Experience with applications such as IIS, Apache HTTP, Apache Tomcat, Jenkins
• Strong understanding of middleware
• Capacity to understand how an application is used and devise ways to test different functionalities (QA Testing)
• Experience with compliance solutions
• Fair experience with database administration
• Fair understanding of FUSE and Boomi Middleware
