About the Role:


We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to support client relationship marketing (CRM) initiatives across the EMEA region. This role is focused on strengthening client relationships, supporting revenue growth, and enhancing brand reputation through targeted marketing activities. You will work closely with CRM Leads and account teams to deliver impactful marketing programs tailored to strategic clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Help deepen client relationships through targeted marketing tactics, including content marketing, events, workshops, and email campaigns

  • Support the CRM Lead to work with account teams to deliver marketing programs that help grow client revenue

  • Support the CRM Lead in collaborating with account teams to enhance the company’s position, credibility, and influence in the marketplace/industry

  • Contribute to the success of Resources CRM team across EMEA

  • Support CRM Lead in strategy development, co-lead initiatives, manage client relationship marketing operations

  • Actively use marketing tools and technologies such as M+C Plan, M+C Initiate, MMS, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to report and track all CRM activities and actions and to measure the impact on the business

  • Create regular and customized communications (newsletters, social posts, etc.) relevant for the account teams to stay updated on the latest content and events, and to address the clients (invitations, emails, etc.)

  • Stay on top of the company’s thought leadership, assets, and AI tools

  • Plan strategically and work collaboratively across the broader M+C community to remain updated on the latest news, events, and content relevant to the Resources Industry

     

Requirements:


  • Experience in B2B marketing, client relationship marketing, or account-based marketing

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across regions

  • Proficiency with marketing tools and CRM platforms

  • A proactive approach to learning and staying current with marketing trends and technologies

  • Fluency in English
