Rate: 130–140 PLN/hour


Tasks:

Process & Experience Design Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end process design for assigned workstreams using Lean, Agile, and Human-Centred Design principles.

  • Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions with SMEs, functional leaders, and Workstream Leads.

Integration of Functional Aspirations

  • Translate strategic and experience aspirations of People functions into practical, scalable process designs.

  • Align outcomes with program objectives such as self-service, data-driven decision-making, and technology enablement (including AI).

Standards and Best Practices

  • Apply and uphold process design methodology and standards set by the Transformation Enablement Team.

  • Coach teams to ensure consistency, reusability, and future-readiness in process documentation and flows.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with Workstream Leads, Change & Communications, and Tech teams to ensure readiness for execution.

  • Act as a trusted advisor for functional leaders on future-state process architecture.

Handover & Transition Support

  • Ensure all processes are captured in SOPs, RACIs, and workflows.

  • Support transition and hypercare activities for smooth adoption by operational teams.


Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in process design, service design, or HR operations.

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; strong Lean proficiency required.

  • Proficient in process mapping/documentation tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Miro).

  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to train and coach teams in process design and optimisation best practices.

  • Background in HR transformation, shared services, or digital experience design is a plus.

  • Working knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) and exposure to AI/automation tools desirable.
