Position: Java Developer

Start Date: ASAP / within 1 month / flexible

Contract Type: B2B via Experis (170–180 PLN/h + VAT)

Work Model: Hybrid – Warsaw (50% on-site presence at the client’s office required)

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer responsible for building and maintaining IT systems, ensuring their continuous operation. The person in this role will design and develop high-quality software solutions following best practices (maintainability, security, documentation, scalability, testability, compliance with business needs) and support applications in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software in line with quality and security standards.

• Analyze and refine business requirements.

• Participate in pre-project studies.

• Optimize and maintain existing code.

• Integrate software packages and define configurations.

• Create test strategies and implement tools across different environments.

• Update technical documentation.

• Support development and maintenance of legacy systems.

• Participate in developer networks and share best practices.

• Continuously improve skills in new technologies.

Technical:

• Minimum 6–7 years of experience

• Languages: Java 17–21

• Frameworks: SpringBoot

• Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes

• Version Control: Git

• Databases: SQL Oracle, Redis

• Web Services: HTTP/REST, SOAP

• Middleware: Kafka

• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLabCI, Maven

• IDE: IntelliJ, VSCode
