Senior IT Analyst

In this role you will work in a project dedicated to a business data application for marketing use cases and training machine learning models.

Responsibilities: 

• Acting as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure the delivery of high quality IT solutions
• Helping to design advanced solutions around data and analytics
• Working closely together with stakeholders across the organisation to understand the expected outcome and elicit business features
• Managing delivery dependencies towards other teams and organization units 
• Working in an Agile environment as an integral part of the cross-functional agile delivery team

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with IT projects
• 3+ years of experience as an IT Analyst
• Communication skills
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Familiarity with basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipeline, big data (advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms NOT required)
• Knowledge of SQL, Hive
• Thriving when working with complex end-to-end solutions and processes
• Ability to grasp new technologies quickly (on high level) and able to ask right questions
• Nice to have: Python, Spark
