Senior FullStack Developer (Java+Angular)

Location: Hybrid work model – 2 days per week from the Warsaw office

Salary: 160 – 177 PLN net/h (B2B via Experis)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance internal applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular

• Adapt and extend an existing internal application to meet new project and customer requirements (including multi tenancy support).

• Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Design and implement application architecture following best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability.

• Apply strong knowledge of authentication and authorization patterns (AuthN/AuthZ).

• Participate in requirement analysis, user story creation, and technical documentation.

• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and adherence to development standards.

• Present and moderate technical topics when needed.

• Work closely with the team, demonstrating strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• 7+ years of professional experience with Java.

• 4–6 years of experience with Angular.

• 4–6 years of experience with Spring Boot.

• Strong background in microservice architecture and web application development.

• Very good expertise in programming/application development.

• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization (AuthN/AuthZ).

• Experience with application architecture and security/compliance governance.

• Solid understanding of web technologies and best practices.

• English: very good (spoken and written).

Professional Experience:

• Experience in the banking or financial industry (preferred).

• Experience in advisory or consulting activities.

• University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Computer Science or related field.
