About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to guide and support a development team working on modern frontend applications. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, deep expertise in Angular, and the ability to coach developers while making key architectural and design decisions. This position is fully remote with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring high-quality delivery and best engineering practices.

• Make architectural and design decisions to define and improve the technical direction of the project.

• Provide technical coaching and support to other developers.

• Drive frontend development with a strong focus on Angular.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Lead Frontend Engineer.

• Strong expertise in Angular and modern frontend technologies.

• Knowledge of additional frontend frameworks and tools.

• Hands-on experience with at least one backend technology (e.g., Node.js, Java, .NET).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

• No travel required.
