Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CE (CRM), including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.

• Perform advanced configuration and customization of entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and business process flows.

• Manage security roles, business units, and hierarchical security models to ensure proper data access and governance.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Power Platform tools

• Develop and maintain Dynamics Portals (Power Pages) and ensure seamless user experience and data flow.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions for streamlined deployment and version control.

Requirements:

·       Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) – 6-8 years

·       Working knowledge of any one of the apps Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.

·       Advanced customization & configuration (entities, forms, views, business rules, BPF, workflows).

·       Experience with security roles, business units, and hierarchical security models.

·       Data modeling, integrations, and solution management across environments.

·       Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven apps).

·       Power Automate (cloud flows).

·       Power BI (Basic development experience).

·       Power Pages (Dynamics Portals)

·       DevOps & CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
