Senior DevOps Engineer

Work on site from the office in Krakow

Responsibilities:

• Unify and refactor existing deployment jobs/scripts for consistency and maintainability

• Optimize alerting systems to reduce noise and improve actionable insights

• Design and implement comprehensive dashboards with real-time deployment and metrics visualization

• Automate CI/CD pipelines to enable faster and reliable deployments — ongoing with major milestones every sprint (biweekly)

• Produce documentation and standardized protocols for deployment processes

• Expected outcomes: reduced deployment failures, decreased KTLO time by 30%, 40% faster deployment cycles, improved incident response times

Requirements:

• At least 7+ years of experience in a similar position

• Strong proficiency in CI/CD automation (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar)

• Experience with deployment pipelines, job orchestration, and scripting (Bash, Python, Groovy, etc.)

• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, PagerDuty, etc.)

• Expertise in designing dashboards and metrics visualization

• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) a plus

• Excellent problem-solving and system design skills

• Previous experience working with distributed teams and Agile methodologies

• Fluency in English; Kraków location presence required
