Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Analyst with at least 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering end-to-end Power BI projects, leveraging advanced technical and analytical skills to enable data-driven decision-making. They will play a crucial role in bridging technical solutions with business needs, providing valuable insights and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Power BI Development: Design and deliver end-to-end Power BI projects, including discussions with stakeholders, requirements gathering, delivery planning, iterative development (Agile), post-release support, and project handover
• Data Modeling & Visualization: Develop dynamic reports, insightful dashboards, and robust data visualizations using Power BI. Leverage advanced capabilities such as DAX, Power Query, and Dataflows
• Data Integration & Analysis: Utilize Power BI and SQL (IBM Netezza, Synapse) to integrate, analyze, and transform complex datasets into actionable insights
• Automation: Implement and optimize workflows using Power Automate to enhance efficiency and streamline processes
• Cloud Platform Proficiency: Utilize the Microsoft Azure platform (including Entra ID) to manage and secure data environments
• Business Analysis: Engage with business stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and translate business challenges into technical solutions. Drive strategic planning and process optimization through data-driven insights

Technical Requirements:

• Power BI: Senior-level expertise in DAX, Power Query, and Dataflows
• SQL: Intermediate proficiency, especially with SQL Server Management Studio / IBM Netezza or similar tool and Synapse
• Power Automate: Beginner to mid-level proficiency
• MS Azure Platform: Mid-level knowledge, particularly Entra ID
• Advanced English skills
