Senior D365 Finance & Operations Developer

Location: 100% remote

We are looking for a Senior D365 Finance & Operations Developer with strong expertise in X++ development, D365FO extensibility, and Azure-based integrations.

The role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing complex custom solutions across core Supply Chain and Finance processes, with ownership of technical solutions end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop advanced D365FO customizations using the extension model (no overlayering).

Implement and optimize business logic in X++, data entities, classes, forms, batch jobs, and workflows.

Lead technical solution design and performance optimization across the D365FO application stack.

Translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs within:

Order to Cash (O2C)

Procurement to Pay (P2P)

Service Need to Resolution (SN2R)

Record to Report (R2R)

Design and build integrations using OData, REST/JSON APIs, DMF, and custom services.

Troubleshoot complex issues using LCS, Trace Parser, SQL traces, and performance tools.

Ensure code quality through unit testing and best development practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development.

Advanced knowledge of X++, D365FO architecture, and extensibility patterns.

Solid understanding of SCM and Finance business processes.

Experience with integrations, BYOD, Data Lake, and Azure-based solutions.

Proven ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems.

Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration experience.
