Responsibilities

• Analyze the operating model, identify required system changes, and proactively challenge the status quo by proposing innovative and efficient solutions.

• Align business requirements with technology capabilities, ensuring consensus and seamless implementation of project deliverables.

• Prepare clear and structured documentation, including operating models, business requirements, and process descriptions.

• Develop project plans, assess resource needs, and define timelines to ensure successful delivery within agreed schedules.

• Conduct testing of new system functionalities in UAT environments and support Production Validation Testing to secure stable releases.

• Collaborate with Clients, Business teams, Oversight, Relationship Management, and Product stakeholders to drive project execution and ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience within the Investor Services domain, ideally in an operational or analytical function.

• Strong knowledge of the Performance Measurement process for investment funds.

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering, documentation, and project coordination.

• Solid understanding of Financial Operations and key processes within the asset management ecosystem.
