Senior Business Analyst
Location: Warsaw, Poland (Office visits to be determined)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Warsaw. In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating change implementation within our Operations teams by onboarding efficient technical solutions and providing testing support. You will also be key in onboarding new clients into Operations functions and providing ongoing business support. This position requires close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new business onboarding projects across Operations, ensuring smooth and efficient transitions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of operating models and potential system changes, proactively challenging the status quo and driving innovation.
- Gather consensus between business requirements and technology deliverables to ensure seamless project implementation.
- Prepare comprehensive operating model and business requirement documentation.
- Formulate detailed project plans, assessing resource requirements and timelines to ensure overall project milestones are met.
- Conduct thorough testing of new system functionalities in UAT environments and provide support for Production Validation Testing.
- Collaborate effectively with Client, Business, Oversight, Relationship, and Product stakeholders to successfully deliver projects.
- Contribute to maintaining a high quality of service within the team.
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues and peers in resolving project-related challenges.
- Implement proactive measures to minimize implementation risks.
- Perform thorough root cause analysis of recurring processing issues.
- Ensure all implemented processes adhere to local and global regulatory requirements.
- Escalate all issues and potential issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Manage ad-hoc queries and requirements from clients and the business.
- Foster a positive and professional working environment within the team.
- Conduct regular and ad hoc training sessions for team members.
- Undertake additional business-oriented tasks as requested by the manager.
Person Specification:
Knowledge / Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the Financial Services industry.
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Excellent understanding of Financial Operations processes and workflows.
- Knowledge of the Aladdin application would be a significant advantage.
Skills:
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written (essential).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher would be considered an advantage.
