Senior Business Analyst

Location: Łódź (Hybrid – 4 Days/Week in the Office)
Salary:115 pln/h -B2B

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct project feasibility analyses.

• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.

• Design business processes, use cases, and sequence diagrams.

• Prepare technical specifications for IT solutions.

• Collaborate closely with developers and testers to ensure alignment between requirements and implementation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience in systems/business analysis.

• Strong knowledge of UML and BPMN.

• Understanding of IT technologies and architectures, including REST APIs, Kafka, MQ, and databases.

• Experience in requirements modeling, use cases, and prototyping.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.

• Good command of English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of SQL.

• Experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect, PlantUML

• Previous experience in the banking sector.

• Familiarity with AI-powered analysis tools.
