Senior Application Support
Start Date: ASAP / up to 1 month / flexible
B2B contract via Experis: 100–110 PLN/h + VAT
Work Model : Hybrid - Wrocław (2 days in the office / 3 days remote)
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day application support by resolving incidents and requests reported via ServiceNow by internal and external users
Manage and respond to inquiries received through the support mailbox
Perform data maintenance activities, including loading data packages and completing missing datasets
Continuously monitor the Impact application to ensure stability and performance
Carry out proactive and preventive maintenance to minimize incidents
Take part in the on-call duty and resolve critical incidents outside standard working hours
Support release and change activities, including Sunday deployments when required

Full professional proficiency in English
Strong user-centric mindset and understanding of user challenges and business needs
Open-minded, honest team player
Understanding of Agile practices
Technical Skills
Experience in Linux server administration (databases, virtual machines, on-prem environments, practical use of Unix/Linux commands)
Very good practical knowledge of SQL
Very good practical knowledge of Oracle SQL
Experience working with technical documentation (reading and writing)
Experience with Microsoft Azure solutions (nice to have)
