Senior AI/ML Technical Consultant

Location: 100% remote work (Poland)

About the Role:

We are looking for Senior AI/ML Technical Consultants to deliver expert client-facing technical leadership across Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence initiatives. In this role, you will translate complex business challenges into scalable AI/ML solutions, guide customers through design and implementation, and ensure clear, effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions for diverse business use cases

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system architectures

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and alignment with project objectives

• Provide technical consulting, best practices, and thought leadership in the AI/ML domain

• Develop high-quality code, scripts, and data workflows

• Support the integration of AI/ML models into production environments

• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

  
  

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years as an AI/ML Technical Consultant

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Professional experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence

• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, Perl, C, C++, or Java)

• Experience in technical client service or consulting

• Ability to communicate fluently in English with local stakeholders

  
  

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of production ML systems and operational considerations

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with recommendation engines, data pipelines, or distributed machine learning

• Experience working with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost

• Knowledge of data warehousing and analytics ecosystems, including architectures, ETL/ELT processes, and tools such as Apache Beam, Hadoop, Spark, and Hive
