Security Transformation Practitioner

We are looking for a Security Transformation Practitioner to support a global SAP-related project focused on strengthening enterprise security capabilities. This role combines hands-on Identity and Access Management expertise with exposure to broader security transformation initiatives. 

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM-related security controls across enterprise systems and applications

• Support the integration of security measures into business processes and digital platforms

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent security standards and practices

• Analyze security risks and recommend practical mitigation actions

Expectations

• Strong hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (e.g. RBAC, SSO, user lifecycle management)

• Experience working in enterprise environments with exposure to security processes and controls

• Good understanding of security architecture concepts and system integration

• Familiarity with cybersecurity risk management practices and frameworks
