Security Engineer (IT / OT)

Contract Type: B2B via Experis

Start Date: ASAP / within 1 month / flexible

Work Model: Hybrid (2 days/week in Wrocław office)

We are seeking an experienced IT/OT Security Engineer to support the enhancement and industrialization of security architecture processes across IT and OT domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, architecture frameworks, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze the current IT/OT Security Review Process.

• Identify and document challenges and pain points in existing review processes.

• Contribute to the design and documentation of an enhanced, streamlined IT/OT Security Review process.

• Facilitate walkthroughs of the enhanced process with EITS and other stakeholders.

• Collect feedback and finalize the improved review process.

• Set up and industrialize IT/OT security architecture councils and review forums.

• Present findings and secure sign-off from relevant stakeholders.

  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Preferably 5+ years of experience in IT, OT, and cybersecurity domains, including security architecture.

• Experience implementing security architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or SABSA (desirable).

• Strong documentation and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
