Scrum Master / Project Manager (Italian) 100% REMOTE WORK B2B via Experis B2B rate: 140-150 PLN netto+VAT/h This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with a leading firm and play a pivotal role in driving Agile project delivery. You will cooperate with high-performing teams to support global clients, ensuring successful project execution through Agile methodologies, innovation, and collaboration. Responsibilities:

• Leading Agile project delivery for AI & Data solutions on modern cloud platforms.
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Managing project timelines, scope, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies (India, Italy, etc.).
• Tracking and reporting project progress using Agile metrics and KPIs.
• Identifying and mitigating risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Driving continuous improvement and Agile maturity within teams.
• Ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective communication across all levels.
• Maintaining project documentation and knowledge bases.
• Supporting change management and adoption of Agile practices.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Strong project management skills in Agile environments.
• Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation and coaching abilities.
• Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication in English and Italian.
• Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
• Commitment to continuous learning and Agile innovation.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent.
• Experience with AI-driven project management tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and integration with Agile delivery.
